Annapurna Puja Kushmanda Pooja Shodashi Poja Vaishnavi Puja Fourth day of Navratri

Fourth day of Navratri in 2011 is dedicated to Kushmanda Puja, Annapurna Puja, Shodashi Puja, Shodashi Puja (Lalita Panchami vrat). It is on October 1, 2011. As part of Navadevi sampradaya puja, Annapurna puja is observed on fourth day of Navratri. Goddess Durga is adorned and worshipped in the form of Annapurna mata. Kushmanda Navadurga is worshipped in Fourth day of Navadurga Puja.

Shodashi Dasamahavidya puja (Lalita Tripura Sundari Puja) is also performed by some sects of devotees on fourth day of Navratri Durga Puja. Goddess Vaishnavi Devi is the Saptamatrika devata worshipped on 4th Navratri puja.

As per the variations in tithis, fourth day coincides with Tritiya as the fourth day of Navratri falls on Panchami.
